Spooky Market to appear in Whalley

This Halloween weekend a Crafty Vintage pop-up outdoor market will take place within the Ribble Valley village of Whalley.

The event will feature a fine array of local crafters, artists and makers who have been busy preparing their handmade goods and gifts. The area behind the Swan Hotel car park will also feature a vintage horse box coffee bar along with a halloumi street food shack.

Laura Johnson, founder of Crafty Vintage says “for a family run events company like ours it is fantastic to be open and have a good selection of handmade crafts, art and vintage wares. The support from our local community has been overwhelming’’.

A “Shop Local” campaign in support of all independent businesses in the area has also gathered huge momentum and research proves events such as Crafty Vintage bring a much needed economic boost to the small shops and bars, many of whom have fantastic offers running all weekend.

Crafty Vintage has been working closely with the local authorities to ensure that everyone will be able to shop safely and that the outdoor super market is COVID compliant: All visitors will be required to select a time to attend and then download a free ticket below.
